Metal-Tech Industrial, LLC (MTL), is seeking candidates for full-time opportunities in manufacturing. Team members will learn CNC Laser and Press Brake Machines to create precision parts for customers.

Employees will become familiar with the utilization of blueprint interpretation and layouts, machine operations, and general manufacturing processes. MTL machine operators are essential to producing quality products for the material handling industry.

Manufacturing experience is preferred, but on-the-job training by a senior machine operator, for someone with no manufacturing experience is available for hires who have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.

Experience that leads to greater success in this role includes metal-working, basic computer use, fork-lift operation, construction, basic math, and agricultural experience.
