Alternatively, candidates with a minimum of one year of success in a financial accounting role are encouraged to apply. Successful applicants should possess the following:

  • Strong understanding of double entry accounting principles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Advanced, MS Excel user skills are a must.
  • A high level of organization and attentiveness to detail.
  • The ability to grasp new concepts easily.
  • A positive attitude and work ethic.
  • A drive to provide outstanding service and results.

Other accounting experiences, such as working in a non-profit or government, or experience with international accounting standards, are also valuable and can contribute to the success of the applicant.
