ConveyX Corp. (Home – ConveyX Corp.) is seeking qualified applicants for a Site Installation Manager position. Responsibilities and expectations of an individual in this position include the following:

• Complete daily site reports
• Utilization of MHE system layout drawings
• Maintain a professional working relationship with the customer
• Establish yourself as the single point of contact between the customer and the field crew
• Work with the project team to create installation plans and to identify achievable timelines
• Coordinate Shipping
  • Verify Bill of Lading and inventory parts per shipment
  • Supervise unloading of trucks to ensure there is no damage to the equipment shipped
  • Communicate with site logistics team
• Oversee crew/crew lead
  • Ensure the crew is making progress and installing equipment correctly
  • Ensure crew is working within the site safety guidelines
• Produce a punch-list of project related items that needs attention and ensure they get corrected
• Facilitate permitting and Fire Marshall inspections, schedule inspector accordingly
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget while having met the highest installation quality standards
• Facilitate equipment pre-commissioning tests
• Commission equipment
  • Quality, Safety, and Operational tests
  • Ensure there is a smooth transition of the MHE system to the customer
• Produce ‘red-line’ drawings of changes to give to the customer once project is completed
• Assist the Project Manager with Change Order Requests (COR)

Requirements

• Four-year Engineering Degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous conveying experience is preferred
• Dependable work ethic
• Knowledge of the material handling industry (mechanical/electrical) is preferred
• Knowledge of the different MHE manufacturers is preferred
• A proven history of always maintaining the highest level of professionalism
• Knowledge of AutoCad software package is preferred
• A history of success in the following ways: is proactive, self-motivated, creative, and has superior communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
• Able to read and understand plan drawings
• Able to lead a team to complete a task
• OSHA 30
• Travel 60% – 80% of the time
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
