Metallon Industrial, LLC (MIL) is seeking qualified applicants for a position as Shift (Crew) Supervisor in Holland, MI. MIL is in the business of manufacturing material handling equipment and related components.

In this position, a Supervisor is responsible to:

• Lead a team of up to seven assemblers
• Manage staff scheduling, handling leave requests and arranging cover as necessary
• Plan workloads, allocate tasks, and monitor progress against targets
• Communicate with the team on new initiatives, changes to targets, and other company news
• Maintain a safe work environment by communicating and setting safety standards/expectations, conducting risk assessments, ensuring staff has, and is using, proper PPE, ensuring that staff has proper training
• Recruit and train staff, and help staff reach professional development goals
• Devise work schedules and implement deadlines
• Ensure that quality standards are met/exceeded
• Conduct performance reviews

Successful experience in supervision is required, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Applicants must also have a history of:
