Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Leader to lead our manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tool and die, as well as experience with presses and press brakes. This role requires hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The Production Leader will be actively involved in the physical labor and technical aspects of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing workers, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of presses and press brakes, as well as tool and die equipment.
  • Participate in hands-on production tasks, including operating machinery and performing technical work.
  • Ensure production schedules are met, and quality standards are maintained.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, equipment maintenance, and employee performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Production Leader or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of tool and die, as well as presses and press brakes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
