Role: Product Specialist

Primary Responsibility: Product strategy

Description of the role:

Product Specialists are responsible for the identification, development, and management of a product family to support existing and new business models. Product Specialists will be responsible for the execution of the product development life cycle while collaborating with our product development team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities: 

• Improving the development of existing products through purposeful product refinement.
• Managing the launch of new products.
• Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.
• Maintaining an understanding of the competitive landscape and relevant supply chain variables.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships to optimize channel partner growth.
• Participating in the internal and external audits of the products.
• Purposefully contributing to the product development process.
• Supporting the development of new products.
• Collaborating with the Incident/RMA Team to resolve customer issues.
• Collaborating with the Product Manager and product development team.
• Collaborating with the Operations Manager for the development and refinement of company tools.
• Collaborating with the Customer Service Manager for the refinement of customer experience.
• Collaborating with the Sales Manager on sales initiatives.
