Applicants should have experience, and be comfortable with, communicating through a variety of channels including phone, email, and social media to connect with prospective new customers. Customer development responsibilities will include identifying specific equipment application needs, sizing equipment appropriately, completing quotes, and confirmation of facility layouts. In addition, sales team members are expected to cultivate relationships and networks within the industry to support the HYS brand of equipment.

Applicants should have a proven history of success in the following:

  • Computer utilization including Microsoft Office products and internet navigation
  • Utilization of a CRM or other sales database software
  • Organizing and maintaining a filing system
  • Self-motivation
  • Thriving in a start-up environment
  • Effective communication including both listening and speaking
  • Maintaining a positive attitude
  • Learning new industry processes with the goal of aiding in the development of machinery for a new industry

Applicants must have an ability and desire to travel. Experience or understanding of the cannabis/hemp industry and related production is preferred.

This position can be a remote position for the right team member.
