Metal-Tech Industrial, LLC (MTL) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance projects, planning and executing preventative maintenance, and building in-house skills to minimize costs. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively liaise with operators, leaders, staff, and vendors to minimize equipment downtime and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance projects along.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventative maintenance.
• Build in-house skills and competencies to minimize costs.
• Communicate maintenance activities to operators and leaders.
• Organize staff and vendors to minimize equipment downtime.
• Identify predictive maintenance opportunities.
• Train operators to recognize maintenance needs and malfunctioning equipment.
• Maintain inventory of parts and consumables.
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors to expedite service.
• Expand the pool of suppliers to improve cost and timeliness of services.
• Conduct yearly oil testing and analysis.
• Serve as the main point of contact for building maintenance (Ren-Tech).

Ideal candidates have a proven history of the following:

• Proven experience in maintenance management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with maintenance and repair tasks.
