Steel-Max Mfg. is seeking candidates for full-time opportunities on all shifts in a manufacturing setting. These are straight shift positions with weekends and holidays off. Team members will learn Press Brake machine operations to create precision parts for customers. Experience is not required but the ability to quickly learn new skills and a desire to add value, is. Employees will become familiar with the utilization of blueprint interpretation and layouts, machine operations, and general manufacturing processes. Steel-Max Mfg. machine operators are essential to producing quality products for the material handling industry. Team members will also be exposed to all other operations in the facility.

Starting wage without experience: $16

· Higher starting wages are considered based on the following:

· Previous Metal shop experience

· Experience in construction/building is helpful
