Ren-Tech Industrial Corp. in Alpena, MI is seeking to add an Industrial Machine Repair and Electrical Technician to their team. This position oversees the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in manufacturing facilities of Ren-Tech clients. Demonstrated experience and success in the following areas is required.

• Installation of new electrical systems including determining correct sizing of wiring, circuits and fuses and running tests to ensure equipment is ready to be used regularly without problem
• Troubleshooting problems with electrical equipment
• Repair and regular maintenance of existing equipment/systems with a focus on avoiding down-time due to breakdowns or improper operations; Systems include electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
• Update/maintain repair and maintenance records efficiently and effectively
• Use and knowledge of hand tools (wire cutters, soldering and crimping tools, etc.) and testing equipment (calibrators, counters, probes, scopes and meters, etc.)
• Knowledge and comprehension of appropriate electrical codes
• Reading and interpreting wire diagrams
