Metallon Industrial, LLC (MIL) is seeking to add team members in assembly, in Holland, MI. MIL is in the business of manufacturing material handling equipment and their components.  In this position, team members are responsible for:

• operating production equipment
• maintaining production machines
• assembly of equipment parts
• storage of products and materials
• meeting deadlines (individual and as part of a team) of production work
• reporting defective products or machinery/equipment
• checking stock levels and reporting deficiencies in products/materials
• keeping a clean and safe workspace to avoid hazards from chemicals and fragile products
• review and follow manufacturing manuals to build machinery

Experience is not required for this work, as training can, and will, be done on-the-job for the right applicants. Experience reading blueprints is not required but will lead to quicker/greater success in the position. Applicants must have a history of a positive attitude, willingness to work, timeliness, and personal responsibility.
