Employment Services, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants for a leadership role in human resource management. Applicants should have a significant amount of experience in human resource management that would lead them to successfully performing at a senior or executive level. Each applicant’s experience/history should demonstrate their ability to achieve the following responsibilities.
- Lead a team to achieve successful outcomes in HR activities as they align with the overall business strategy, development, and utilization of key performance indicators
- Stay current on relevant HR laws, rules, and regulations as they apply to ESI clients
- Develop and lead the utilization of HR best practices to the benefit of our over 40 clients and their more than 1,000 employees.
- Review technology-based tools and implement to achieve results and solve challenges
- Effectively develop and manage strategic relationships: establish credibility, treat stakeholders with respect, build relationships of trust, teamwork and communication, approachability
- Provide guidance to clients and stakeholders through coaching, analytic reasoning, problem-solving, inquisitiveness, creativity and innovation, flexibility, respect
- Evaluate and propose business cases for HR projects, initiatives, and strategies; lead the effort to carry out the projects, initiatives, and strategies
- Bridge the leadership and employee relationship by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
- Keep ESI as the go-to HR organization for their clients
