We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts.

Job Description:

As the Director of Sales and Marketing at High Yield Solutions Corp, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve our revenue and market share objectives. This is a high-level position that requires a proven track record in sales and marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Cannabis Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing Strategies: Create and execute innovative, data-driven sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.

2. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends, allowing the company to make informed decisions.

3. Brand Management: Oversee the company’s brand strategy and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

4. Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, and implement strategies to accelerate sales cycles.

5. Product and Service Promotion: Develop marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to showcase the company’s products and services, emphasizing their unique value propositions.

6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

7. Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve optimal results.

8. Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze sales and marketing performance data to track key performance indicators, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.

9. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as product development, operations, and finance to align sales and marketing efforts with company goals.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles (director or VP level), preferably in the Cannabis Industry or a start-up environment.
  • Proven success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth (be prepared to provide examples and proof)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, MS Excel, MS Office and Outlook.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • A track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Up to 25% travel will be required.

Salary to be commensurate with Experience. This is not a commission-based position.

Salary range starts at $60000/year and up.
