ProCal Innovations, LLC is seeking qualified applicants for a Customer Service Representative position. In this role, this team member focuses on accurate quote and order processing. Responsibilities include product selection and promotion, updating accounts, and assisting with shipping and tracking details. Customer service will engage in account management activities and application assistance although this is not their primary responsibility. Having prior customer service and sales experience is preferred but not required.
