Ren-Tech Industrial Corp. is seeking to hire a full-time Curb Appeal Professional. In this role, a team member will be responsible to improve existing design, execute, and maintain plans to improve the outside space (from the building exterior, outward) of several dozen assets within a real estate portfolio. The majority of assets are located in Northeast Lower Michigan but there are additional assets across Michigan and in a limited number of other states. Development and implementation of the improvements to the assets will be accomplished with vendors and contractors, but the project management and maintenance oversight will be done by the Curb Appeal Professional.

The main responsibility of this role is to increase the value of the assets through efforts such as improving landscaping, enhancing the exterior of the facilities, improving lighting, changing signage, improving walkways and parking lots, and more.

Interested individuals should only apply if they have a proven history of the following:

• Five or more years of successful, related asset improvement experience
• Five or more years of successful, related project management experience
• An eye for exterior design and aesthetics and an understanding of the proper channels and priorities to achieve aesthetic goals
• Foresight into long-term maintenance to develop improved assets with low long-term maintenance costs and labor
• Successfully developing, and working within, a budget
• Exceptional communication

This position is a full-time position. Some work can be done remotely but this role requires a considerable amount of time spent on-site at the location of the various assets. Some travel will be required.
