Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong focus on building maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial repair, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC and general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with the management team to prioritize tasks and manage maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Proven experience in industrial or building maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other key facility systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a clean driving record/ pass a mandatory drug screening
