Northwood Solutions, Inc. (NSI) is seeking qualified applicants for open positions on their Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting Teams. NSI team members provide accounting services for multiple, diverse clients, and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment that offers a wide variety of responsibilities and a consistent flow of unique work.

Responsibilities will vary dependent upon the team, but may include:

• Inventory pricing and analysis
• Financial statement preparation
• Creation and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets (including pivot tables, macros, and more)
• Report creation and publication
• Verification of internal invoices
• Bank account reconciliation
• Involvement in project work
• Calculation of job weights for external shipments

Successful applicants should possess the following:

• An Accounting background gained from education and / or experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• A confidentiality mindset
• A high level of organization and attentiveness to detail
• The ability to grasp new concepts easily
